Armored, Fused, and Battle Ready

Armored.

Precious inside and
Deeper than hide
To each stranger it hides
Whether hello, quid pro quo,
Or blow for blow,
Outside we're armored
We know enough to just flow.
Just to get by
Only to deny the right
To guiltless pride.
Inside we confide
In anything that resides
To parallel our mind
And ask pre-tell
Who are you?
What will it be?
Can you see
What used to live in thee?
Any opression or provision?
Ant gathered decisions?
Any riots with vision?
What makes life's revisions?
Deciding your path
We carve into stone caverns,
Heed the call as you alone,
New crown atoned
New tomb adorned
If you listen to grasp
Past languages true cast.
Your path will never rest
And your end will never last.
